NHPR:  Unions Say Plan Threatens Collective Bargaining

But state firefighter’s union chief Dave Lang says this year public workers won’t be taking anything for granted. “We didn’t ask for this fight. But as firefighters will tell you, we aren’t going to back down and we aren’t going to go away.”
